Before beginning your specialized care services, GoodShepherd Homecare Providers always perform our due diligence by making sure that we:
- Performing an initial on-site visit/evaluation of the client.
- Customize care plan based on the outcome of our evaluation
- Perform a thorough screening and background check of a care-giver to be assigned
- Assign appropriate care-giver based on individual client needs
- Perform on-going client assessment to determine if anything has changed, and what steps to take to address the changes
- Provide regular update on the health condition or challenges faced, for necessary decisions to be made
